Brooke David works at the intersection of creative content and media. She focuses on story and design to tell stories, address problems, and expand perspectives.

Throughout her career, she has worked on projects from ideation through execution that bring new solutions and perspectives to much-loved campaigns and new immersive exhibitions. Her project collaborators include The New York Times, Cosmopolitan Magazine, Oprah Magazine, Pop Sugar, Soho House, Christie’s, Spring Break Art Fair, Museum of Sex, The Wall Street Journal, and The Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago.

She was the Head of Community Growth Director at Technology, Humans, and Taste, directing all event programming and community growth aspects. She was the Brand Experience Director of the DEI Research Conference with Aleria, where she produced the immersive media event that shared stories of DEi through immersive Emmy and Oscar-nominated VR films.

David was the first Creative Director at Atria, part of Simon & Schuster, where she helped to lead the creative vision of the 16-year-old brand and its ten imprints. She is a frequent lecturer and teacher for organizations, including Girls Write Now and CUNY College.

David attended two classical art ateliers, emphasizing Renaissance and Old Master painting techniques. She studied photography, video, and graphic design at SVA. She holds a BFA in Illustration from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
